Meet The Team

Jess Bartley
Jess Bartley is a licensed clinical psychologist and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and can provide mental health and mental performance services in California, Colorado, and New York as well as PSYPACT® states.

Jess earned a B.A. in government and sociology as well as an M.S. in social work from the University of Texas. She went on to complete an M.A. in sport and performance psychology as well as a Psy.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in sport and performance psychology and behavioral therapy. After graduation, Jess completed a fellowship at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver (now EDCare) where she worked with colleagues to develop a treatment program for athletes with eating disorders. She has served collegiate students athletes' mental health and performance needs at the University of Denver, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the Ohio State University. She has also been a Clinical Associate Professor in Sport and Performance Psychology and served as a contracted sport psychologist with USA Karate, USA Track & Field, and Professional Bull Riding. Currently, she is the Senior Director of Psychological Services at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.

Nicholas Bartley
Nick Bartley is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and can provide mental performance services in-person in Colorado and remotely nationwide.

Nick completed his B.A. in psychology and criminal justice at Loras College while playing four years of collegiate soccer. He also completed his M.A. in sport and performance psychology at the University of Denver and counseling psychology coursework at the University of North Texas. Professionally, he spent ten years as a contractor for the U.S. Army with the majority of that time consulting with Special Forces. Then he directed mental performance and professional development with the fire service for more than three years. Nick has also been an adjunct professor for performance psychology with tactical populations at the University of Denver and has presented at several national conferences on the topic.
